This contract is concluded between the Service Provider (Soocommerce Web Software), whose information is provided above, and the Buyer (User) who purchases services electronically through the website, in accordance with the Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Distance Contracts Regulation.
The subject of this contract is the Buyer’s online purchase of digital products, software licenses, or e-export infrastructure packages available at www.soocommerce.com, and the determination of the rights and obligations of the parties regarding the provision of these services.
Soocommerce provides e-commerce and e-export infrastructure, multilingual web-based software, custom module development, integrations, and digital support services.
All software and digital products are delivered digitally (via e-mail, panel access, or license key).
Service delivery begins after payment approval.
Installation and delivery are completed within 14–30 business days, depending on the purchased package.
Due to the nature of digital products, cancellations, refunds, or withdrawal rights do not apply after delivery.
All prices are stated in Turkish Lira or foreign currency.
Payments are accepted by credit card, bank transfer, or online payment systems.
VAT is included unless otherwise stated.
The Buyer has the right to use the purchased software only within their own commercial activities.
Copying, distributing, or selling the software to third parties is prohibited.
License duration is defined as limited or unlimited depending on the selected package.
Digital software and license products are excluded from the right of withdrawal as they provide personalized access.
However, in case of technical failure or delivery error caused by Soocommerce, necessary corrections or replacements will be made free of charge.
Free technical support is provided for the duration specified in the purchased package.
After the support period expires, maintenance and support services may be renewed upon request.
Soocommerce stores user data in accordance with KVKK regulations and does not share it with third parties.

In case of disputes arising from this contract, Mersin Courts and Enforcement Offices have jurisdiction.
The Buyer declares that they have read, understood, and accepted all terms of this contract by clicking the “purchase” button on the website.
The contract becomes effective upon electronic approval.
